When restarting an app engin program gives you the dreaded:

All Processing Suspended: Restart OPRID=%1 RUNID=%2, PI=%3

Do the following:

delete from PS_AERUNCONTROL where OPRID = %OPRID% and PROCESS_INSTANCE = %PI%

select * from PS_AERUNCONTROL

or

PS_HOME>\bin\client\winx86\psae -CD HR91  -CT MICROSOFT -CO PS -CP PS -I 592 -DR N -R INSTALL -AI  VERSION
